Nougat and chocolate

Rippled bars made in our own workshop, all from the same mould, with the inside on show in every slice.

Three of them: salted caramel, with caramelised hazelnut and salt flakes; white chocolate with freeze-dried raspberry; and milk chocolate with toasted hazelnut.

All three contain nuts. The commercial names and weights are still to be confirmed.
