Artisan panettoni

Our artisan panettoni are made with a slow 48-hour fermentation, 100 % natural ingredients and no preservatives. Three flavours are always on, and a fourth rotates through the season.

The regulars are the Brazilian-origin chocolate panettone, left without an outer coating so the crumb and the chocolate lead; the chocolate and orange panettone, with candied orange peel; and the Sicilian pistachio panettone, which also comes with its own jar of pistachio spread.

Each one can be ordered on its own or with the collector’s tin, illustrated exclusively by R. Martínez Díez and available in three designs. It is a limited edition of 3,000 numbered units.
