How it arrives
Without the tin. The panettone comes in its keep-fresh bag, with the exclusive Temperato ribbon and gold kraft paper.
With the tin. It comes inside the exclusive Temperato tin, carrying the original illustration by R. Martínez Díez and its numbered seal within a limited edition of 3,000, together with the limited-edition gift card.
How it is made
Temperato Felice Gelato’s own recipe, born of bringing the Italian panettone tradition together with fine-pastry technique. It is not a bought-in recipe or an outside dough: it is developed and baked here.
The airiness of the crumb comes from a slow 48-hour fermentation. That is the part you cannot rush, and it is the difference between an artisan panettone and an industrial one.

Ingredients and allergens
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, dextrose, salt, barley malt flour, natural flavouring, water, butter, liquid egg yolk, natural powdered yeast, fresh yeast, candied orange (orange peel, sugar, fructose, dextrose, maltose), Brazilian dark chocolate coating (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla flavouring), classic glaze.
Contains: gluten (wheat and barley), egg, milk, tree nuts and soya.

Collection at a Temperato shop: free. Ready in 1 to 3 days and we let you know when you can come and pick it up.
Home delivery: free over 60 €. Below that amount the rate is still to be confirmed.
