What you
need to know
- Valid in the online shop and at the 5 gelaterias
- It can be used across several orders until the balance runs out
- No shipping cost: it is digital
- No expiry date: it can be redeemed whenever they like
How it works
You choose the amount, fill in the recipient’s details and pay as you would for any other order. They receive an email with the card, a unique code and the instructions.
Online, the code just goes into the basket. In a gelateria, the email or the code is shown at the counter.
Where it can be redeemed
To be confirmed whether in-shop redemption is available from launch or online only in phase 1.
Gelaterias: Murcia (Trapería and Santa Catalina), Lorca (Calderón and Almenara), Totana (Balsa Vieja) and Mazarrón (Bahía).

Shipping and returns
Collection at a Temperato shop: free. Ready in 1 to 3 days and we let you know when you can come and pick it up.
Home delivery: free over 60 €. Below that amount the rate is still to be confirmed.
If the product arrives faulty or there is an error in the order, we replace it or refund it. The full terms are in the cancellation and refund policy.
